he Wings of the North Air Museum recently received a beautiful original piece of art from the MIA Hunters. This group, lead by the late Bryan Moon, would locate World War II crash sites of American military aircraft, aid in the recovery of American Missing In Action servicemen, and bring them back for burial here in the U.S. This was done at no expense to the families through generous sponsors of their operations.
Bryan Moon was also a talented artist and created this tribute to General Chuck Yeager. Shown in the photograph are Bob Jasperson, Museum Director, Curt Hills (Director of Mission Planning), John Lane (Mission Member), Dayle Radde (Mission Leader), Rod Stickler (Mission Leader), and Judy Jasperson, Museum Curator. This pastel original is now available for viewing during regular museum hours.
